However, a traditional oversight has been to mainly focus on structure. Instead attention needs to be paid to processes. It is important to assess how governance really operates, and not merely how it's described on paper.

GRA provides training, education and capacity building programs to current and prospective leaders and managers in both public and private sectors to equip them with the knowledge, skills and tools to create effective policies and lead institutions effectively.
