Rule of law is the most important defining characteristic of a thriving economy and state. It not only constrains authorities into compliance with established laws and norms, but also defines the general stability and performance of services delivery of a state. GRA works with organisations to promote rule of law by providing support through knowledge and expertise sharing programmes. These include:
• Strengthening rule of law institutions through technical assistance and development of policy and tools to build capacity and enhance skills
• Working with organisations to strengthen legal frameworks
• Providing training and capacity building in law reform
• Enhancing monitoring and enforcement capabilities in line with the organisations goals and principles
